1 on 1 Personal Training

Train 1 on 1 with Shifu Conor and challenge yourself with something new. Discover what you can achieve both physically and mentally.

Personal Group Classes

Train with family or friends and push yourselves together to discover your limits and find a new way to live a healthier lifestyle.

General Classes

Train with up to seven others in basic self-defense and traditional Shaolin conditioning, classes are available on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday by appointment only!
