1 on 1 Personal Training

Experience personalized training with Shifu Conor and push your limits by trying something new. Uncover your potential, both physically and mentally.

Personal Group Classes

Work out with family or friends and motivate one another to push your limits while exploring a new approach to a healthier lifestyle.

General Classes

Train in a small group for basic self-defense and traditional Shaolin conditioning. Classes are available by appointment only on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 PM, and Saturdays at 8:15 AM!
